Who Are We?

Rooted In Kerala,
Thriving In Canada

On July 2019, few Malayali Hindus from the province of Manitoba, CA, came together to conduct a Pooja at Dr. Raj Pandey Hindu Centre and informally formed a group called 'Manitoba Hindu Malayali Community' (MHMC). Due to shared interest in practicing Malayali Hindu religious and Cultural traditions of Kerala, the group organically grew bigger into an association within a short period.

With the growing numbers of Malayali Hindus in Manitoba, CA, there was a need to organize as a community to promote our religion and traditions among its members and our next generation. We officially registered 'Manitoba Hindu Malayali Community' (MHMC) as an organization on March 7th, 2022.

'MHMC is a volunteer run organization looking into the welfare and wellbeing of Malayali Hindu Community in Manitoba conducting and promoting Malayali Hindu religious and cultural Traditions and customs.
